"I have received exceptional customer service at this office. They are very prompt at returning my phone calls. They take time to explain changes in my bill to me. I have had mistakes from a previous State Farm office, and Kent Paul’s office is working hard to try to fix this and credit me for the other offices mistakes. I highly recommend them!"
